Introduction: 

The Southern Motorcycle Show privacy policy has been developed to provide information protection against use by external parties

Information Collection:

Details of personal information collected (e.g., names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information) which will be collected (e.g., through registration forms, ticket sales, or website interactions) will be held by the organisers. Statistics related to show visitors and bike entry numbers will be shared with future potential sponsors, this will exclude all personal information.

Use of Information:

Collected information will be used for event registration, communications, marketing purposes, or improving future events.

Data Sharing:

Statistical information excluding personal data will be shared with third parties, such as sponsors or vendors to provide event feedback and marketing for future events.

Data Security:

The web-based entry database collecting personal information will be downloaded from website onto non network (internet) password protected storage devices held by both Dunedin South rotary club and Otago motorcycle club.

User Rights:

Individuals have rights regarding their personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete their information.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:

Our privacy policy will be maintained on the event website. Any changes to the privacy policy will be communicated via website updates.
